Meet Delisa
Delisa Rodgers is a distinguished senior pastor who has significantly contributed to the spiritual community. Delisa is a tireless servant in the Body of Christ, holding various leadership roles. She serves as the President and Senior Instructor of The Love Church Apostolic College, the visionary behind Soteria Prophetic Ministries, and the President of Liberty River Industries, LLC. Furthermore, she spearheads Barbara's Lighthouse Resource Center.
Delisa is a prolific teacher and a shepherd with a heart deeply aligned with God's heart.

Delisa's writing talent, her "scribal grace," has birthed eleven published books. She serves as a "scribal midwife," helping other aspiring authors publish their literary works through her editorial desk at Liberty River Industries.
Beyond her local ministry, Delisa has traveled extensively, sharing the Gospel of the Kingdom. She stands as a spiritual mother and mentor to many, offering genuine support to those seeking deliverance from demonic oppression, liberation from generational curses, freedom from religious constraints, and release from the chains of guilt and condemnation stemming from past mistakes.
Delisa's academic accomplishments include a doctorate in theology from Tripp Bible Institute, a bachelor's degree in Human Service Studies from Queens University of Charlotte, and a masters in school administration from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, Arizona.
Committed to mental health advocacy, Delisa is a lifetime member of the National Association of Christian Counselors, a Certified Prison Chaplain, and a member of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness). She serves as a pastoral counselor at Barbara's Lighthouse, offering support for behavioral and emotional management, family, marriage, and group and individual therapy.
In addition to her extensive ministry work, Delisa is gainfully employed in Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools as Manager of Alternative Education for the district's Student Discipline and Behavior Support Department. She also serves as the district's interventions coordinator, providing valuable support to students involved in negative behavior from grades 6-12. Furthermore, she plays a pivotal role as a Restorative Practices Group Facilitator and Social-Emotional Learning Group Facilitator, collaborating with the Charlotte Mecklenburg and Huntersville Police Departments' Youth Diversion Department to support juveniles charged with crimes.
Despite her demanding full-time career, Delisa remains unwavering in her commitment to ministry and accountability. She is a native of Jersey City, NJ, but now resides in Charlotte, NC.
